Order Processing & Shipping Times

We know how important fast shipping is — and we want to be transparent about how it all works!

Processing Time

Processing time refers to how long it takes us to prepare your order before it’s handed off to the shipping carrier.

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process your order. This includes packing, quality checks, and ensuring everything is perfect before it leaves our hands.

Certain items, like tweezers, are hand-tested to meet our quality standards. If a product doesn’t pass our quality check, processing may take slightly longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait.

Shipping Time

Shipping time refers to how long it takes for your order to be delivered after it has been handed over to the carrier (e.g. Canada Post, FedEx, etc.).

If you select Express Shipping, please note that the delivery timeframe starts once your order has been shipped, and does not include the 1–3 day processing window.
