Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love everything you order from us. If something’s not right, here’s how we can help:

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date.

If you're not completely satisfied with your physical product, please email trixielash@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the product.

Note:

  • Your email must include your order number and photo proof of any damaged or unusable product.

  • If the product arrives damaged or unusable, we’ll issue a full refund.

  • If the product is in good condition but you no longer want it, your request will be reviewed for eligibility.

Digital Products

All digital products are final sale and non-refundable.

All Sales Are Final on Promotions

Items purchased during any sale or promotional period (physical or digital) are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Lost or Stolen Orders

Once your order has been handed off to our shipping carriers, it is no longer in our control.
If your package is lost or stolen in transit, please contact your local post office to open a claim or locate the package.

Please ensure that all order information are correct; shipping address, payment type, items to purchase. Any errors may result in your package being shipped back to Trixie Lash.

Pickup orders are usually ready within 12-24 hours. Please wait for your 'ready to pick up' email before requesting to pick up an order. Pick up time slots are from 8:00am-9:00pm daily.  All packages will be left outside on the table for contactless pick up.
